FELIPE RODRIGUES

High-end residential architecture demands more than aesthetic intention: it demands method, precision, and constructive intelligence. Every design decision is guided to transform technical complexity into clarity, elegance, and permanence.

A native of Sorocaba, SP, with Italian heritage and a declared fascination for German engineering, Felipe Rodrigues built a career marked by the convergence of architecture, technology, management, and structure.

With a degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Technological Entrepreneurship from PUC, he brings over 16 years of experience in the development of technology systems and more than 8 years in Business Information, with involvement in multidisciplinary projects developed in New York and Washington, United States.

His background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Sorocaba and an MBA in Structural Engineering from Facens, consolidating a rare technical vision: capable of understanding a project both from the spatial dimension and through constructive, structural, and operational logic.

In professional practice, his work focuses on the integration of high-end residential architecture, technology, and technical precision, with particular attention to industrialized building systems, light structures, and Steel Frame solutions for sophisticated homes. His vision contributes to more intelligent, safe, and efficient projects, combining an original architectural language, constructive rationality, and technical control from the earliest design decisions.

He also leads the creation and implementation of management systems for architecture firms in Brazil and abroad, with a focus on workflow rationalization, technical project control, and operational efficiency.

Work Philosophy

"Technology does not replace the architect's eye, it expands their ability to anticipate, plan, organize, and control decisions. The more precise the process, the clearer the architecture becomes."
