Born in Sorocaba, SP, with German heritage, Julie Marques Schultz built a career marked by the union of aesthetic sensibility, management vision, technical mastery, and a refined eye for living.
Holding a degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Sorocaba, she developed a professional vision that combines organization, visual repertoire, and design mastery. Her training in BIM systems enhanced her ability to lead projects with greater precision, cross-discipline integration, and technical clarity — contributing to more predictable, efficient, and well-coordinated processes.
Her international education in Interior Design, with a focus on Sustainable and Healthy Residences at the Singapore Institute of Technology, deepened her understanding of well-being, comfort, sustainability, and the quality of inhabited spaces.
With over 14 years of experience developing high-end architecture and interior design projects, her practice integrates architectural conception, interior design, and lighting — conducting sophisticated residences with attention to proportion, materiality, functionality, atmosphere, and experience.
In her professional practice, she contributes to ensuring that each residential project is conceived as a complete composition, where architecture, interiors, light, landscape, furniture, and details come together naturally and as a unified whole. Her vision values high-end homes that are elegant, welcoming, and prepared for a refined everyday living.
In 2025, she was honored at Sala São Paulo as one of the best architects in Brazil, in recognition of the excellence and relevance of her projects.
Design Philosophy
"High standards are not only in what you see, but in what you feel when you inhabit a space. True sophistication is born from the harmony between architecture, interiors, light, nature, and materiality. Every environment must be conceived as a complete experience: beautiful, functional, welcoming, and capable of translating, naturally, the essence of those who live there."
